Offers sick humor

5. Any article(s) you reprint from 123 Article Soup cannot be used in any pop up ads, spam, or unsolicited communications.

6. You cannot use any of our site content in audio or video derivatives, translate into other languages, nor create derivative work from any part of it.

7. You cannot add any active links to any article you reprint form 123 Article Soup because it can lead others to believe falsely that the author endorses anything associated with the link.

8. You cannot use article crawlers, site scrapers, rogue bots, or any automated script or software that attempts to mine the article content on 123ArticleSoup.com.  Any such attempts will result in blockage of your access to our site.

9. You agree not to reprint any author's picture that may be found on our site.

10. You agree not to include the rel=nofollow tag in your HREF statements.

11. You do not have to use the Google ads found on our site with any ads you reprint.

12. Associated links must be Active/Linkable with no syntax changes, and you agree to show source credit below each article reprinted with the link active:

13. You cannot charge others to view any free articles from 123 Article Soup, nor can you sell articles you reprint from this site.

14. The intent of 123 Article Soup is to provide good supportive information for reprint, not to be the sole source of articles for any website.  Therefore, we encourage you to use other sources for some of your content.  If you use our service on a regular basis, a link to our site would be most appreciated.

15. Use of our free content articles, RSS feed, newsletters, or other items associated with this site is at your own risk.  123 Article Soup in no way verifies the authenticity or accuracy of information submitted by any author.

16. If you violate any of the terms of service or copyright when reprinting articles from this site, you agree to be held completely liable for any such said offense and all attorney fees and other costs associated with legal proceedings of said offense.  You agree that any legal proceedings against you will occur in Lee County in the State of Alabama, USA.  You as a publisher should be aware that there is significant exposure if you are found to be in violation of copyright laws.

18. 123 Article Soup reserves the sole right to revoke reprint rights at any time through notification by any means it deems necessary.  If you are unreachable, we may contact your web host to serve notice.  Upon receipt of any such knowledge by you or your host, you will be given 24 hours to remove any articles you have obtained from 123ArticleSoup.com and provide us a written reply that you have done so to prevent further action against you and your business.
