2. When you submit articles to 123ArticleSoup.com, you are giving unconditional permission for your articles to be published on the 123 Article Soup website. Your articles may be distributed to our RSS Feed and to real-time email alert subscriber members.

3. Your submission of articles to 123ArticleSoup.com also provides us with unconditional permission for your articles to be reprinted in other article ezines, websites, and printed publications for article marketing purposes.

Publishers are asked to follow our reprint rules, however you acknowledge that enforcement of publisher terms of service is at your risk and cost; it is not ours. If someone violates your copyright, it is 100% your sole responsibility to take legal action against anyone who abuses your copyright or intellectual property to protect your own interests. If these terms are not agreeable to you, please refrain from article submissions.

4. It is the sole decision of 123ArticleSoup.com whether or not to publish your article and for how long. There are no guarantees that your articles will all be published. Content quality and following editorial guidelines is very important.

We reserve the right to remove your article(s) and terminate membership account at any time for any reason. Membership accounts that are created but do not have any article submissions within 30 days may be subject to termination as dormant accounts.

5. If you are an author that charges a fee for publication of your articles or who has special conditions to be met prior to publication, you should NOT submit your articles to the 123ArticleSoup.com website.

6. Do not submit articles that are advertorial in nature.  123ArticleSoup.com is a free-content directory and not a forum for advertising commercial products, services, or programs. That is the purpose of the resource box in your articles; the article body is not for self promotion.

7. By submitting your articles to 123ArticleSoup.com, you are acknowledging that 123ArticleSoup does not pay for your articles; and publishers do not pay you for their use of your material, either.

Your reason for submission to the directory is for an opportunity to be picked up by ezine publishers or webmasters for reprinting to their audiences for article marketing purposes.  There is no guarantee that your articles will be reprinted by anyone.

8. 123ArticleSoup.com editors reserve the right to edit your article(s) for conformance to our editorial guidelines.  Please read the guidelines before submitting any materials to save our time and quicken the approval process.  Articles that do not conform to these guidelines may be rejected entirely.

9. Submit your article(s) only once, and only to one single category each.  123ArticleSoup.com reserves the right to re-classify any article to a more suitable category than the one to which it is originally submitted.

10. Because 123ArticleSoup.com is ad supported, we reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages that contain your articles.

11. We do not accept articles that contain direct affiliate links. Direct affiliate link articles will be rejected. It is acceptable to forward/redirect to an affiliate link from the top-level of a domain that you own. Example:

a redirect/forward from http://www.yourdomainname.com/ is acceptable.

a redirect/forward from
http://www.yourdomainname.com/page is unacceptable.
a redirect/forward from
http://www.yourdomainname.com/subdomain is also unacceptable.

12. You cannot utilize PayPerView, PayPerClick, traffic exchanges, or other methods to artificially inflate your 123 Article Soup traffic statistics.  Violators are subject to having their accounts terminated.

13. Articles less than 200 words are subject to removal from the 123ArticleSoup.com database. Longer articles with useless content filler for the sole purpose of obtaining article backlinks, without providing any useful meaningful content for the reader, are also subject to removal.
